It is no secret that I LOVE weddings. I love the romance, the sweetness, the beauty of two people dedicating their lives to the other forever.  So, when my good friend Megan got engaged to the love of her life I was ecstatic to be asked to photograph their special day.  Not only was I going to get to do something I love (taking pictures) but I also got to share in every moment of their day.

Both Megan and Joe attended the U of M so it seemed fitting to explore the campus for their engagement photos.  I can totally see why people choose to attend this absolutely beautiful campus.  The morning was chilly (which you wouldn't know-Megan and Joe were rockstars) but we managed to get pictures all over the campus and then decided to head down to a local landmark in Minneapolis-Minnehaha Falls.  The falls are frozen-clearly, it is March in Minnesota-and some even climb up BEHIND the frozen splendor. I chose to keep my feet firmly on solid ground but there were plenty of others there that morning that explored all the falls had to offer.

June can't come soon enough. Ah, who am I kidding, spring can't come soon enough.
